Summer Deals Already!

Another turn of the calendar puts us that much closer to Summer!

For most of us, Summer can’t get here fast enough.

And the retailers couldn’t agree more.  So much so, your favorite stores have already begun to have sales on everything you need for the warm season ahead.

In fact, My Odd Sock has been perusing the ads to put together his own wish list of must-haves for Summer.

Let’s see what we have…..

First stop is JoAnn Fabrics for big savings on Open Stock Papers.

Now I may be wrong, but I’ll go out on a limb and say the “Moustache Themed paper” won’t be in high demand.

That is unless you belong to a barbershop quartet!

Or a circus strongman!

Onward we go……..

Next stop, Kohl’s Department Store to pick up some new Summer duds.

Speaking of duds, how about some Chicago Cubs team apparel!  Kohl’s has’em on sale up to 55% off.

Heck the Cubs have been 100% off since about 1908!  They ought to give’em away!

Not a month into the season and the Cubbies are already ten games out of first place.

Oh well, there’s always next year.

Also at Kohl’s, you can save on clothes, perfect for the shiftless slacker in your life.

Nothing spells success like the “hands-in-pockets, rounded shoulders, hollow chest posture.”

You can almost smell the popcorn from his shift at the snack bar of the  Cinemaplex.

Kmart has all the Summer dinnerware & drinkware we’ll need for our get-togethers.

Yep, and nothing says Summer more than drinking a cool beverage from a Mason canning jar!

They even have tacky plates to match!

Pass the tater salad please!

But you can’t host a gathering unless you have somewhere to sit, right?

Yeah, before I throw myself off this tall building, I’ll want to enjoy drinks & snacks on my Garden Oasis dining set!
